My approach is warm, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I take a very eclectic and collaborative approach, drawing from various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and The Gottman Method to name a few.
Beyond my work as a therapist, I love spending time with my close family, friends, and my 10-year-old Persian cat, as well as engaging in various art forms. As an artist, I appreciate the transformative power of creative expression, whether it’s through journaling, singing, music, or other mediums. I particularly enjoy the fluidity of watercolor painting, which enables spontaneous expression and mirrors the freedom and authenticity I aim to cultivate in the therapy room.
